While I'm not willing to give up a juicy delicious cheeseburger over the summer, I am totally up for slimming it down with turkey instead of beef! That's why I partnered up with my friends at Jennie-O to create this fresh and healthy burger, perfect for getting your summer grill on while keeping in swimsuit shape! Bruschetta Turkey Burger Recipe I love fresh bruschetta, especially in the summer because it's so light and refreshing. I decided to add some of my favorite bruschetta ingredients into the turkey burger patties, then top the burgers with mozzarella cheese and a heaping of fresh bruschetta!   • 1.25 lb. Jennie-O Lean Ground Turkey
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 3 cloves garlic (crushed)
  • ¼ cup fresh basil (chopped)
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • 2 cups fresh bruschetta
In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, balsamic vinegar, crushed garlic, fresh basil, salt and pepper. Bruschetta Turkey Burger Recipe Form into 4 patties.
