While I'm not willing to give up a juicy delicious cheeseburger over the summer, I am totally up for slimming it down with turkey instead of beef! That's why I partnered up with my friends at
Jennie-O to create this fresh and healthy burger, perfect for getting your summer grill on while keeping in swimsuit shape!

I love fresh bruschetta, especially in the summer because it's so light and refreshing. I decided to add some of my favorite bruschetta ingredients into the turkey burger patties, then top the burgers with mozzarella cheese and a heaping of fresh bruschetta!

The burgers turned out so juicy and flavorful, I'll definitely be grilling these up all summer long!
Ingredients - 1.25 lb. Jennie-O Lean Ground Turkey
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 3 cloves garlic (crushed)
- ¼ cup fresh basil (chopped)
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
- 4 hamburger buns
- 2 cups fresh bruschetta
In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, balsamic vinegar, crushed garlic, fresh basil, salt and pepper.

Form into 4 patties.

Heat the grill to medium. Add the turkey burgers to the grill and grill for 8-10 minutes per side. Three minutes before the turkey burgers are finished grilling, place ¼ cup of mozzarella cheese on each burger. Allow the cheese to melt onto the burgers. Place the hamburger buns on the grill to lightly toast.

Remove the burgers and buns from the grill. Place the burgers on the buns, top each burger with ½ cup of fresh bruschetta.

You just can't beat a juicy burger topped with tons of juicy tomatoes!

I grilled these up for some friends over Memorial Day Weekend and they were a huge hit!
