  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)

  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp kosher salt
Add the olive oil to a large skillet over medium heat. Once the oil is warm, add the onion, jalapeño, garlic, carrots and celery. Saute 5-7 minutes, then add the ground chicken and cook through.
