
Think of this recipe as chili's ode to the chicken wing! All the delicious flavors of a chicken wing in a healthy chicken chili recipe!

Ingredients - 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup red onion (chopped)
- 1 jalapẻ̮̱̉o (de-seeded & diced)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 cup carrots (shredded)
- 1 cup celery (chopped)
- 2 lb ground chicken breast
- ½ cup buffalo sauce
- 1 can (15 oz.) tomato sauce
- 1 can (15 oz.) cannellini beans
- 1 can (10 oz.) crushed tomatoes with green chilies
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- ̢̮â¬Å¡Ãâý tsp cayenne pepper
- ̢̮â¬Å¡Ãâý tsp red pepper flakes
- ̢̮â¬Å¡Ãâý tsp black pepper
- ̢̮â¬Å¡Ãâý tsp kosher salt
Add the olive oil to a large skillet over medium heat. Once the oil is warm, add the onion, jalapẻ̮̱̉o, garlic, carrots and celery. Saute 5-7 minutes, then add the ground chicken and cook through.

In the meantime add the buffalo sauce, tomato sauce, cannellini beans and diced tomatoes with green chilies to a crockpot set to low.

Add the ground chicken mixture to the crock pot, then add the chili powder, cumin, paprika, cayenne pepper, red pepper flakes, black pepper and kosher salt.

Mix everything together, then cook on low for 6-8 hours, or crank up to high and cook for 3-4 hours.

Serve it up with a little freshly grated cheddar cheese on top and dig in!

I could seriously eat this chili all day, every day! It's got just the right amount of flavor and spice, and the lean, ground chicken breast keeps it on the healthier side of chili, perfect for going back for seconds
