When I created this recipe I had Father's Day in mind, because what Dad wouldn't love a grilled meatball sub for dinner on their special day?

Throw in a side of Buffalo Potato Salad or Spicy Buffalo Macaroni Salad and you have one seriously saucy meal!
Ingredients - 1 ¼ lbs ground turkey
- ¼ cup celery (chopped)
- ¼ cup carrots (chopped)
- 1 tbsp Litehouse Instantly Fresh Garlic
- 1 tsp chili powder
- ½ tsp paprika
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
- ¼ cup parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- ½ cup buffalo sauce (divided)
- 6 hot dog buns
- ½ cup Litehouse Chunky Blue Cheese Dressing
Preheat the grill to medium. Combine the ground turkey, celery, carrots and garlic in a large bowl.

Add the chili powder, paprika, breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, egg and ¼ cup buffalo sauce.

Form into 12 meatballs.

Place the meatballs on the grill. Grill for 8-10 minutes, flip, then grill for an additional 8-10 minutes. About 3 minutes before removing the meatballs from the grill, place the hot dog buns on the grill to lightly toast.

Remove the buns and meatballs from the grill and place 2 meatballs on each bun.

Drizzle each sub sandwich with the additional buffalo sauce and Litehouse blue cheese dressing.

I'm going to be honest, I've eaten these sandwiches for lunch the last 3 days.. and there are no more left! Yup, I ate 2 sandwiches every day for the last 3 days… they're
thatgood!
